INTEGRATED GERM MANAGEMENT

The District wants to make sure all employees are safe.  To this end, we are asking all employees to take the annual Integrated Germ Management Training in 2022 so that the District can provide you with sanitizing wipes or the use of a sanitizing sprayer.

• Save a PDF of the certificate to your device.  Please save the certificate using the following format: LastName.First Initial IGM2022 (example: Moreno.C IGM2022) using this name format will help us organize them electronically.    Please note the date you completed the training if the certificate does not list it.  Otherwise, we will use the date it was received in our office as the completion date.   
• Email your certificate here: hrdocuments@mycuhsd.org.  Please note the subject as IGMLastName.First Initial (example: IGMMoreno.C)  

Again, please save the certificate using the name format above, use the subject line as noted above, AND send the document to hrdocuments@mycuhsd.org.  Doing these things will help us immensely, as we have a lot of information coming into our office right now. If you've already sent in your certificate to our office there is no need to do so again.
