All students within the CUHSD schools will need to be registered by a parent/guardian online through the Aeries Parent Portal.

YES. Parents can only complete the Online Registration via the Parent Portal. It is an important tool where you can monitor your child’s progress in school and find information such as attendance, grades, and report cards.

Parents of incoming CUHS/SHS Freshmen should lookout for an email from centraluhsd.aeries
- Read the email and follow the steps to activate the Aeries Parent Portal Account.
- If you can’t find the email, we recommend that you search your Spam or Trash Folder in your inbox.
IF you can’t find the email try CLICKING HERE
- and select “forgot password” and follow the steps. If we have your email in our system, you will receive an email to reset your password.
- If these steps don’t work you will have to contact your child’s school.

YES. Contact your child’s school for support with the online registration. *Online registration starts July 23.

You must add a total of 5 emergency contacts including parents/guardian in order to complete the registration.

As part of the registration process, parents/guardians will be asked to complete two income verification surveys. It is important to complete these surveys as the income verification process has a huge impact on our district’s ability to get funding needed to support our students.
Tips for Online Registration Process
Please note: The 2025/2026 School Year Online Registration window opens July 23, 2025 through August 1, 2025. Parents, please make sure you have access to your Aeries Parent Portal
- The online registration process can only be completed by a parent/guardian through Aeries Parent Portal.
- Once the process is started, make sure you have selected your student and that the correct school is reflected.
For Spanish – Click at the top of the sign-in page, next to “Language” – select Spanish
There are 8 sections plus two income verification surveys in the registration process. It is important to complete the two income surveys. Please review all the information carefully, make any necessary changes and answer questions.
- You can save your registration progress, but it must be completed and submitted by August 1, 2025
- A registration must be completed for each individual student. You will not be able to look at any student information in the portal until the online registration is completed.
- 2 proofs of residency must be uploaded under the “Document Request” tab in order to change an address and for all incoming Freshmen. The school will review and approve or contact you if additional information is required.
- Carefully read and review: CUHSD Student Handbook & CUHSD Annual Notifications.
- Click “Acknowledge” once read and reviewed.
- Once you reach the Final Data Confirmation, you have completed the process and should receive a confirmation email. No further action is required.
