Please note: The 2025/2026 School Year Online Registration window opens July 23, 2025 through August 1, 2025. Parents, please make sure you have access to your Aeries Parent Portal

AERIES PARENT PORTAL LINK

1. The online registration process can only be completed by a parent/guardian through Aeries Parent Portal.

• Once the process is started, make sure you have selected your student and that the correct school is reflected. 

2. For Spanish – Click at the top of the sign-in page, next to “Language” – select Spanish

3. There are 8 sections to the registration process. Please review all the information carefully, make any necessary changes and answer questions.

• You can save your registration progress, but it must be completed and submitted by August 1, 2025

4. A registration must be completed for each individual student. You will not be able to look at any student information in the portal until the online registration is completed.

5. To change your address, you are required to upload 2 documents for proof of residency under the “Document Request” tab. The school will review and approve or contact you if additional information is required. 

6. Carefully read and review: CUHSD Student Handbook & CUHSD Annual Notifications.

• Click “Acknowledge” once read and reviewed. (You do not have to sign any documents)

7. When you reach “Final Data Confirmation” you MUST click “FINISH and SUBMIT” at the bottom page to complete the Parent Data Confirmation Process.
