- June 14, 2022: Board's approval of plan and authorization to proceed with Construction Documents
- April 24, 2025: Release and advertisement of RFQ/P #24/25-02 / RFQ/P packages available for distribution
- May 8, 2025: Non-mandatory informational meeting – 11 am
- May 14-15 2025: Deadline for proposers and listed MEP subcontractors to submit prequalification applications
- May 23, 2025: Last day to receive written questions from respondents. 2PM deadline
- May 30, 2025: Last day for District to issue addenda to answer questions/clarifications
- June 10, 2025: Deadline for RFQ/P #25-25-02 submissions
- June 11, 2025: Release shortlist qualified respondents and interview notifications
- June 12-13, 2025: Interviews of qualified respondents
