             Level I Fees (Based on Board Adopted Fee Justification Study March 12, 2002 for Level I fees)

 

  • $0.66 per square foot residential fee.
  • $0.11 per square foot commercial.

 

             Level II Fees (Gov Code Section 65995.5) (Based on School Facilities Needs Analysis Adopted January 13, 2009 for              Level II fees)

  • $2.29 per square foot residential fee.
  • $0.11 per square foot commercial fee

 

            Level III Fee (Gov Code Section 65995.7)

  •  $4.76 per square foot residential fee
