- We offer a variety of Medical Plans to accommodate the needs and budget of our employees.
- Certificated and Certificated Management Employees have the choice between five different Anthem Blue Cross PPO Plans: 100%, 80%, HSA, Proactive Care and SIMNSA.
- Classified and Classified Managements Employees have the choice between five different Anthem Blue Cross PPO Plans: 100%, 90%, 80%, HSA Proactive Care and SIMNSA.
- The Dental, Vision and life insurance coverage is the same for all our Employees. Delta Dental of California (PPO) or SIMNSA Dental, Vision Service Plan (VSP) and The Hartford life insurance. For plan descriptions and evidence of coverage please scroll down.

Announcements
The Certificated 90% plan, 40662F, will no longer be available effective October 1, 2025. If you are enrolled in this plan, make sure you select a new plan.
- New Proactive Care Plan
These new “co-pay only” plans eliminate deductibles and coinsurance. Some key features:
- $0 co-pays for essential services like primary care, urgent care, outpatient mental health, physical medicine, most lab work
- Predictable costs
- Full Anthem PPO Network
- Enhanced Navitus pharmacy benefit w/ expanded list of $0 drugs
